Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers, fostering their development and maximizing performance. Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of critical platform technologies. Resolve complex platform issues escalated from the team, ensuring minimal disruption. Develop and refine departmental policies and procedures to align with evolving business needs and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain platform standards, and drive the implementation of new technologies for enterprise-wide infrastructure projects. Evaluate IT vendor products and services to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in platform engineering or a similar domain is required. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech, BCA), or a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA). Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Kubernetes and AWS Serverless services. Possess a solid understanding of platform architecture, infrastructure management, and software development principles. Proficiency in developing, testing, debugging, and implementing scalable software platforms is essential. Experience with technical documentation, database technologies, and various software programming languages is expected. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
