Translate application requirements and use cases into functional applications. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, ensuring optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Drive project milestones and proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve bottlenecks and bugs. Develop a deep understanding of existing application architecture and solution design, applying strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and programming patterns to solve complex challenges. Work effectively within Agile methodologies, participating in scrums and stand-ups. Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale, high-quality systems and software products. Possess strong written and oral communication skills, and provide leadership or mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. Conduct code reviews and establish best practices.

We are looking for a Senior Developer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Microsoft Technologies or as a full-stack developer (MEAN, MERN). Essential skills include working experience with .NET Core, building Microservices, and designing/developing solutions on AWS/Azure Cloud. Proficiency in C#, SQL Server, and experience with Angular 6+/React.js 16.0.0+ are required. A strong background in database design, writing complex SQL queries, and performance tuning is crucial. Familiarity with Visual Studio, TFS, VSTS, and GIT is expected. Experience with modular programming in Angular 6+/React.js 16.0.0+, TypeScript, and front-end unit testing tools is necessary. Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipeline creation and management is a key requirement. Soft skills include excellent communication, teamwork, motivation, ability to handle pressure, presentation skills, and proficiency in working with globally distributed teams. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required. Excellent communication skills with presentation experience are preferred. This role requires an onsite presence in Bengaluru or Chennai. Azure/AWS expertise is mandatory, and a willingness to upskill on AWS for project needs is expected.
