As a Senior ECM Consultant, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality solution and infrastructure deliverables, adhering strictly to project timelines and specifications. Your role involves hands-on coding, meticulous debugging, comprehensive testing, and effective troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing systems by resolving complex errors, proactively identifying risks, and escalating critical issues.

Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with users to gather detailed requirements, translating architectural designs into precise specifications. Monitoring emerging technologies, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and championing continuous improvement are key aspects of this position. You will ensure all activities align with established processes, procedures, standards, and technical designs, while actively developing and promoting best practices for usage, operations, and development.

We are looking for candidates with 4-7 years of dedicated O365 implementation experience. A strong command of SharePoint Architecture Design (Extranet & Intranet) is essential, alongside significant expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate). Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, React JS, AngularJS, Fluent UI, HTML5, CSS, and related web technologies is crucial.

Core technical proficiencies include SharePoint (SPFx, PnP Framework, PowerShell), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), Dataverse (data modeling, APIs), and Web API Integration (REST, SOAP, OAuth). Experience with Microsoft Purview, Syntex, AI Builder, M365 Copilot, and Azure DevOps are desirable. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally within a professional services firm. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are paramount.
