Develop high-quality solution and infrastructure deliverables aligned with project timelines and specifications, employing strong coding and programming skills.

Engage in coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting activities, contributing to complex project aspects. Maintain and enhance systems by resolving intricate errors and proactively escalating risks and issues.

Collaborate with users to gather detailed requirements, translating designs and solution architectures into precise specifications. Monitor and report on emerging technology risks and opportunities, actively seeking areas for continuous improvement.

Ensure all work adheres to relevant processes, procedures, standards, and technical designs. Promote best practices for AI agent usage, operations, and development, fostering a culture of learning and adoption.

Possess at least 4 years of overall experience in Azure, .NET Core, Python, and the M365 suite. A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI is essential.

Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript, alongside strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services including Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure AI Studio.

Gain hands-on experience with generative AI technologies like OpenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Exhibit a strong command of prompt engineering, AI model fine-tuning, and developing applications for RAG scenarios.

Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React or Angular) for full-stack web application development is required. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is also necessary.

This role demands strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's or master's degree is a prerequisite, preferably with a background in a professional services firm. Excellent communication skills and consulting experience are highly valued.
