Lead the end-to-end design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. Implement custom connectors, plugins, and PCF controls, integrating data from various sources like Azure SQL, SQL Server, SAP, and Service Now. Integrate AI features, such as Copilot, to enhance solution capabilities and deliver intelligent business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Mentor and guide technical team members throughout project delivery, analyzing user requests and taking full ownership of the application lifecycle from analysis to deployment.

Demonstrate expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Showcase proficiency in designing and implementing Power Pages, PCF controls, and custom plugins. Possess knowledge of Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power BI for automation and analytics. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous. Experience integrating AI features like Copilot is crucial. A solid understanding of Power Platform architecture, security, and governance best practices is required. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration. A commitment to continuous learning within the Power Platform ecosystem is expected. A bachelor's or master's degree and 3.5-8 years of relevant experience are mandatory, preferably within a professional services firm. Strong communication skills and consulting experience are highly preferred.
