As part of the GDS Consulting team, you'll be dedicated to delivering specialized solutions within the Microsoft account. This is an exciting chance to leverage your expertise in Power Platform, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive impactful digital transformations.

Lead the end-to-end design and development of solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. Implement custom connectors, PCF controls, and plugins. Integrate data from various sources such as Azure SQL, SQL Server, SAP, and ServiceNow. Incorporate AI features like Copilot to enhance solution capabilities and deliver intelligent business insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient technical solutions. Ensure solutions meet stringent performance, scalability, and security standards. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members. Analyze business requirements and stakeholder needs to create appropriate information architecture and solution approaches. Take full ownership of the application lifecycle from analysis through deployment.

Demonstrate deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Showcase proficiency in designing and implementing Power Pages, PCF controls, and custom plugins. Knowledge of Power Automate Desktop (PAD) for automation and Power BI for analytics dashboards is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Experience integrating AI features like Copilot is a significant advantage. A robust understanding of Power Platform architecture, security, and governance best practices is required. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. A commitment to continuous learning to stay abreast of Power Platform advancements is crucial.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree and possess 3.5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services environment. Excellent communication and consulting skills are highly valued. Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently is ideal.
