Design and build Model Driven Apps for diverse business needs, focusing on efficient data models and optimized user interfaces. Develop Model Driven Apps specifically for sustainability initiatives like carbon footprint tracking and supply chain optimization. Configure and customize Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) solutions to meet unique client and industry demands.

Create engaging Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize sustainability data and track progress. Develop and maintain KPI models for key sustainability performance indicators. Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to ensure accurate data visualization and understanding of complex data models. Continuously update knowledge on sustainable software development trends and technologies.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, alongside 3-8 years of experience, ideally within a professional services firm. Essential skills include proven experience as a Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability developer, with a strong focus on Model Driven Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.

Key technical proficiencies encompass deep understanding of data modelling principles in Microsoft Dataverse, extensive experience with Power Platform Core (Dataverse/CDS, Canvas Apps, Model driven apps, Custom Pages, Power Portals/Power Pages), and Dynamics CRM/365. Strong coding experience in Model Driven App Development, including Plugin Development, PCF components, Ribbon Customization, FetchXML, and XRM APIs, is crucial.

Further requirements include proven experience with Power Automate for efficient solution approaches, creating custom forms with JavaScript validations, and expertise in building user interfaces via the Model Driven App canvas. Proficiency in designing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies like Azure Synapse, ADF, Azure functions, and Data Lake is necessary. Experience with integration techniques, connectors, and custom APIs is also vital.

Additionally, candidates should possess strong knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD pipelines, experience leading teams to deliver high-quality results within timelines, excellent written and communication skills, the ability to deliver technical demonstrations, and a quick learner with a "can do" attitude. Strong project management skills and the ability to inspire teamwork are also expected.
