Engage with clients to understand business needs and modernization goals. Design and implement robust SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions using SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP, and PowerShell. Lead Microsoft 365 migrations, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring seamless execution through thorough assessment, remediation, and testing. Modernize Nintex workflows and forms for both on-premises SharePoint and cloud environments. Develop comprehensive technical designs, migration plans, and deployment documentation. Resolve migration and solution issues, effectively escalating risks. Ensure all deliverables align with project standards, security protocols, and technical best practices. Support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proof of concepts.

A minimum of 5-8 years in technology consulting, with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 migrations or modernization. Proven hands-on expertise with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, Fluent UI, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Solid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, information architecture, and governance. Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Manager is essential. Familiarity with Nintex Workflow, Forms, and Automation Cloud for modernization efforts. Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to guide platform decisions. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field is required. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are crucial.
