EY's Digital Consulting team is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant specializing in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), migrations, and Nintex. Engage with clients and project teams to understand business needs, current environments, and modernization goals. Design and implement SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions using SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP, and PowerShell. Lead and execute Microsoft 365 migrations for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring thorough assessment, remediation, and testing. Modernize Nintex workflows and forms, including those for SharePoint and Nintex Automation Cloud. Develop comprehensive technical designs, migration plans, mapping documents, and deployment guides. Address and resolve migration, workflow, and integration issues, escalating risks as needed. Ensure all deliverables adhere to project standards, security protocols, and governance. Contribute to solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical discussions. Create reusable assets and best practices for Microsoft 365 migration and modernization projects. Collaborate with global teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Possess 5-8 years of relevant technology consulting experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint migrations, or modernization. Demonstrate hands-on expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, Fluent UI, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Exhibit a solid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, information architecture, permissions, content types, and governance. Have experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, covering the full lifecycle from discovery to cutover. Familiarity with migration tools like ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, or SharePoint Migration Tool is essential. Knowledge of Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Automation Cloud, with a track record of modernizing these solutions. Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is required to guide platform decisions. Ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
