Engage with clients and project teams to define business needs and modernization goals. Design and implement robust SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions using SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP, and PowerShell. Lead Microsoft 365 migrations, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring thorough assessment, remediation, and execution. Modernize Nintex workflows and forms, bridging on-premises and cloud environments.

Develop comprehensive technical documentation, migration plans, and testing strategies. Troubleshoot complex migration and solution issues, escalating risks proactively. Ensure all deliverables meet EY's project standards, security protocols, and technical design principles. Support pre-sales activities, including estimates, demonstrations, and proof of concepts. Contribute to the development of reusable assets and best practices for Microsoft 365 engagements. Collaborate seamlessly with global teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

A minimum of 5-8 years in technology consulting is essential, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint migration, or modernization projects. Proven hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, Fluent UI, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required. Solid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, information architecture, permissions, and governance is necessary.

Demonstrate experience with Microsoft 365 migrations encompassing SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, including discovery, assessment, and execution. Familiarity with migration tools like ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Manager is beneficial. Expertise in Nintex Workflow, Forms, and Automation Cloud, along with experience in workflow and forms modernization, is key. Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and strong documentation and communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders are expected. Experience developing migration and modernization accelerators is a plus.
