Design and implement cutting-edge SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions leveraging SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP, and PowerShell. Plan and execute comprehensive Microsoft 365 migrations, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring thorough assessment, remediation, testing, and cutover. Modernize Nintex workflows and forms across SharePoint and the Automation Cloud. Develop detailed technical designs, migration plans, and deployment guides, ensuring adherence to project standards and security protocols. Troubleshoot complex issues, escalate risks, and support pre-sales activities like demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. Contribute to the development of reusable assets and best practices, fostering knowledge sharing with global teams.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 5-8 years in technology consulting, specifically with Microsoft 365, SharePoint migrations, or modernization. Essential skills include hands-on expertise in SPFx, TypeScript, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and governance. Proven experience with Microsoft 365 migrations (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams) and familiarity with migration tools like ShareGate or the SharePoint Migration Tool are crucial. Knowledge of Nintex workflows/forms and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is necessary, alongside excellent consulting, documentation, and communication abilities.
