Join EY and build an exceptional career. We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant Senior with expertise in SharePoint, SPFx, M365 migrations, and Nintex modernization. This role involves leading teams on large-scale M365 transformation projects for clients. You will be a client-focused technology leader shaping and delivering these engagements, combining solution leadership, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and team development. Experience leading extensive migration or modernization programs is highly valued.

Lead comprehensive Microsoft 365 migration and modernization projects, covering SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, workflows, and forms. Provide expert technical guidance on SharePoint Online, SPFx, M365 migrations, Nintex, and the Power Platform. Define project delivery strategies, including estimates, migration waves, resource allocation, governance, and quality assurance. Conduct assessments, identify project risks and dependencies, and formulate practical migration roadmaps. Oversee migration factory operations, pilot programs, wave execution, cutover processes, and final transitions. Spearhead the modernization of Nintex workflows and forms using Nintex Automation Cloud or the Power Platform. Review and validate solution designs, migration strategies, remediation plans, and deployment documentation. Manage and guide delivery teams, proactively address impediments, track progress, and uphold high quality standards. Effectively manage relationships with client, security, Microsoft, and vendor stakeholders, ensuring alignment on decisions and dependencies. Contribute to proposal development, demonstrations, estimations, staffing plans, and executive presentations. Champion the adoption of reusable methodologies, automation techniques, and continuous improvement practices. Ensure strict adherence to security, quality, organizational, and commercial mandates.

Demonstrate 4-7 years of progressive technology consulting experience, with significant exposure to Microsoft 365, SharePoint migrations, or modernization. Possess in-depth, SME-level knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 architecture. Showcase proven success in planning and executing large-scale Microsoft 365 migration programs, encompassing SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Bring experience in migration assessment, remediation strategies, migration factory operations, wave planning, velocity management, cutover, and hypercare support. Offer hands-on experience or solution oversight with leading migration tools such as ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, or the SharePoint Migration Tool. Exhibit a solid understanding of Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Automation Cloud, with practical experience in modernizing workflows and forms. Possess working knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, and the ability to guide technology choices for target platforms. Have experience developing accelerators for migration and modernization initiatives.
