We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our Enterprise Content Management and Modern Workplace team within EY GDS Consulting Digital. This role is instrumental in delivering advanced solutions to clients across various regions, contributing significantly to large transformation programs and advancing our Microsoft 365 service offerings.

As a key member of the AI Workforce Consulting team, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft 365 consulting, migration, and modernization. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of client digital infrastructures and drive innovation in workplace solutions.

Engage with clients and project teams to deeply understand business requirements, current environments, and modernization goals. Design and implement robust SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions utilizing SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP, and PowerShell. Plan and manage comprehensive Microsoft 365 migrations, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring thorough assessment, remediation, testing, and seamless cutover.

Modernize Nintex workflows and forms, spanning both SharePoint and the Automation Cloud. Develop detailed technical designs, migration strategies, mapping documents, and operational handover guides. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve migration, workflow, solution, and integration challenges, escalating risks effectively. Ensure all deliverables adhere to project standards, security protocols, and governance frameworks. Support solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical discussions with stakeholders, while developing reusable assets and best practices for future engagements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required. You should possess 5-8 years of progressive technology consulting experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint migration, or modernization projects. Demonstrable hands-on expertise in SPFx and delivering Microsoft 365 migrations is essential.

Proficiency with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, Fluent UI, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is crucial. Solid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, information architecture, permissions, content types, and governance is expected. Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate or the Microsoft Migration Tool is highly beneficial. Familiarity with Nintex Workflow, Forms, and Automation Cloud, along with experience in workflow modernization, is necessary. Working knowledge of Power Platform components like Power Apps and Power Automate is also key.
