Collaborate closely with clients and project teams to deeply understand business needs, current environments, and modernization goals. Design and implement robust SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions using SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP, and PowerShell. Lead comprehensive Microsoft 365 migrations, encompassing SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, with meticulous planning, assessment, remediation, and cutover strategies. Modernize Nintex workflows and forms, including those for SharePoint and the Automation Cloud. Develop detailed technical designs, migration plans, mapping documents, test scripts, and operational handover materials. Proactively troubleshoot migration, workflow, and integration challenges, escalating risks and dependencies as needed. Ensure all deliverables meet stringent project standards, security protocols, governance processes, and technical design principles. Support solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical discussions with stakeholders. Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices for Microsoft 365 migration and modernization initiatives. Foster effective collaboration with globally distributed teams, championing knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Bring 5-8 years of extensive technology consulting experience, with a significant focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint migrations, or modernization projects. Possess strong hands-on proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, Fluent UI, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Demonstrate a solid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, information architecture, permissions, content types, site designs, and governance. Exhibit practical experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, covering SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, including discovery, assessment, remediation, execution, validation, and cutover. Showcase hands-on or solution oversight experience with leading migration tools like ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, or SharePoint Migration Tool. Possess knowledge of Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Automation Cloud, coupled with experience in workflow and forms modernization. Maintain working knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, and be capable of guiding target-platform decisions. Ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders is essential. Experience developing migration and modernization accelerators is highly valued.
