Join EY's AI Workforce Consulting team as an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant, specializing in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), migrations, and Nintex. This role is integral to our Enterprise Content Management and Modern Workplace team, contributing to significant client transformation programs and enhancing our Microsoft 365 service offerings.

Collaborate with clients and project teams to grasp business needs and modernization goals. Design and implement SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions using SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP, and PowerShell. Strategize and execute Microsoft 365 migrations, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, managing assessment, remediation, testing, and cutover phases. Modernize Nintex workflows and forms. Develop comprehensive technical designs, migration plans, and handover documentation. Address migration and workflow issues, escalating risks as needed. Ensure all deliverables meet project standards and security requirements. Support pre-sales activities like estimates and demonstrations. Develop reusable assets to enhance migration and modernization processes. Work effectively with global teams, fostering knowledge sharing.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field is required, alongside a minimum of 5 years of relevant Microsoft 365, SharePoint, migration, or modernization experience.

Demonstrate hands-on expertise in SPFx and delivering Microsoft 365 migrations. Practical experience with Nintex workflows and forms is essential, coupled with strong consulting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Proficiency in SPFx, TypeScript, React, JavaScript, and related web technologies is crucial. Familiarity with migration tools like ShareGate and knowledge of Power Platform are also key.
