Engage with clients and project teams to define business needs and modernization goals. Design and implement robust SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions leveraging SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP, and PowerShell. Lead comprehensive Microsoft 365 migrations for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, encompassing planning, assessment, remediation, and cutover.

Modernize Nintex workflows and forms, ensuring seamless transitions. Develop detailed technical designs, migration plans, and comprehensive documentation for operational handover. Address and resolve migration, workflow, and integration issues, proactively escalating risks. Ensure all deliverables adhere to project standards, security protocols, and governance frameworks.

We seek a professional with 5-8 years of technology consulting experience, focusing on Microsoft 365, SharePoint migrations, or modernization. Essential skills include strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, Fluent UI, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. A solid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, information architecture, and governance is crucial.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 migrations (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams) and familiarity with migration tools like ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Manager are required. Experience with Nintex Workflow, Forms, and Automation Cloud, along with working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), is essential. Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder communication abilities are key.
