EY GDS Consulting Digital is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant Manager with deep expertise in SharePoint, SPFx, M365 migrations, and Nintex modernization. This role involves leading teams on large-scale Microsoft 365 migration and modernization programs for global clients.

This is an opportunity for a client-focused technology leader to shape and deliver impactful Microsoft 365 transformation projects. The position combines solution leadership, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and team development, with a strong preference for candidates who have previously managed substantial migration or modernization initiatives.

Lead critical Microsoft 365 migration and modernization projects, encompassing SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, workflows, and forms. Provide expert technical guidance on SharePoint Online, SPFx, M365 migrations, Nintex, and Power Platform. Define robust delivery strategies, including estimates, migration waves, resourcing, governance, and quality assurance. Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential risks and dependencies, and craft practical migration roadmaps. Oversee migration factory setup, pilot programs, wave execution, cutover, and transition phases. Manage the modernization of Nintex workflows and forms using Nintex Automation Cloud or Power Platform. Review and approve solution designs, migration plans, remediation strategies, and deployment documentation. Lead and mentor delivery teams, proactively removing impediments, tracking progress, and ensuring high quality standards. Effectively manage relationships with clients, security teams, Microsoft, and vendor stakeholders, ensuring alignment on decisions and dependencies. Contribute to proposal development, demonstrations, estimates, staffing plans, and executive presentations. Champion the adoption of reusable methods, automation, and continuous improvement practices. Ensure strict adherence to security, quality, organizational, and commercial requirements.

A minimum of 9-12 years of progressive technology consulting experience, with extensive hands-on involvement in Microsoft 365, SharePoint migration, or modernization projects. Possess SME-level proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 architecture. Demonstrated success in planning and executing large Microsoft 365 migration programs involving SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Significant experience in migration assessment, remediation, migration factory operations, wave planning, velocity management, cutover, and hypercare. Practical experience or solution oversight with migration tools such as ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, SharePoint Migration Tool, or similar. Solid understanding of Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Automation Cloud, including expertise in workflow and forms modernization. Working knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, with the ability to guide platform selection. Experience in developing innovative migration and modernization accelerators. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is mandatory. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment, is required.
