As a Microsoft 365 Consultant Manager within EY GDS Consulting Digital, you'll leverage your deep expertise in SharePoint, SPFx, M365 migrations, and Nintex modernization to lead significant transformation projects for global clients. This role is ideal for a client-focused technology leader adept at shaping and delivering impactful Microsoft 365 engagements.

We are looking for a candidate to shape and deliver Microsoft 365 transformation engagements, combining solution leadership, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and team development. Preference will be given to those who have successfully led large-scale migration or modernization programs.

Lead comprehensive Microsoft 365 migration and modernization projects, encompassing SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, workflows, and forms. Provide expert technical leadership in SharePoint Online, SPFx, M365 migrations, Nintex, and the Power Platform. Define project approaches, estimates, migration waves, resource allocation, governance, and quality controls.

Key duties include conducting assessments, identifying risks, developing migration roadmaps, guiding migration factory setups, overseeing pilots and wave execution, and managing cutover and transition phases. You will also oversee Nintex workflow and form modernization, review solution designs, guide delivery teams, and manage diverse stakeholder relationships across clients, security teams, Microsoft, and vendors.

A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant technology consulting experience is required, with substantial background in Microsoft 365, SharePoint migration, or modernization. You must possess SME-level knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP PowerShell, and M365 architecture. Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale Microsoft 365 migration programs involving SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams is essential.

Familiarity with migration assessment, remediation, migration factory operations, wave planning, velocity management, cutover, and hypercare is expected. Experience with migration tools like ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, or SharePoint Migration Tool is necessary. Knowledge of Nintex Workflow, Forms, and Automation Cloud, along with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate), is also required. Experience in developing migration and modernization accelerators is a strong asset.
