EY GDS Consulting Digital is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant Manager to lead impactful transformation projects. This role is for a client-focused technology leader skilled in SharePoint, SPFx, M365 migrations, and Nintex modernization. You will guide large-scale migration and modernization programs, combining solution leadership, delivery oversight, and team development.

Lead comprehensive Microsoft 365 migration and modernization initiatives, encompassing SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, workflows, and forms. Provide expert technical direction for SharePoint Online, SPFx, M365 migrations, Nintex, and the Power Platform. Define robust delivery strategies, including estimates, migration waves, resourcing, governance, and quality assurance. Conduct thorough assessments, identify risks and dependencies, and craft actionable migration roadmaps. Oversee migration factory setup, pilot programs, wave execution, cutover, and transition phases. Manage the modernization of Nintex workflows and forms using Nintex Automation Cloud or Power Platform. Review and approve solution designs, migration plans, remediation strategies, and deployment documentation.

Drive delivery teams, proactively address blockers, monitor project progress, and uphold high-quality standards. Effectively manage relationships with client, security, Microsoft, and vendor stakeholders, ensuring alignment on decisions and dependencies. Contribute to proposals, client demonstrations, estimations, staffing plans, and executive presentations. Champion the adoption of reusable methodologies, automation, and continuous improvement practices. Ensure strict adherence to security, quality, organizational, and commercial mandates.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 9-12 years of relevant technology consulting experience, including significant expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint migration, or modernization. A deep subject matter expert understanding of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 architecture is essential. Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale Microsoft 365 migration programs involving SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams is required. Familiarity with migration assessment, remediation, migration factory operations, wave planning, velocity management, cutover, and hypercare processes is crucial.

Hands-on experience or solution oversight with migration tools like ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, or SharePoint Migration Tool is necessary. Knowledge of Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Automation Cloud, along with experience in workflow and forms modernization, is highly valued. Working knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, and the ability to guide target-platform decisions are important. Experience in developing migration and modernization accelerators is a plus. Soft skills include the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, strong stakeholder management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the capacity to balance quality, timelines, and cost effectively. Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in complex situations, along with the ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, quality, and competing priorities, are also key.
