We are seeking a client-centric technology leader experienced in large-scale Microsoft 365 transformations. Your expertise in SharePoint, SPFx, and M365 migrations, along with Nintex modernization, will be pivotal in leading complex projects across various regions. This position emphasizes solution design, delivery oversight, and fostering strong client relationships.

Lead comprehensive Microsoft 365 migration and modernization projects, encompassing SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and workflow solutions. Provide expert technical guidance on SharePoint Online, SPFx, M365 migrations, Nintex, and Power Platform. Develop detailed delivery strategies, including estimates, migration waves, resourcing, governance, and quality assurance plans. Assess environments, identify risks, and create actionable migration roadmaps. Oversee the setup of migration factories, pilot executions, wave deployments, cutovers, and transitions.

Guide the modernization of Nintex workflows and forms using Nintex Automation Cloud or Power Platform. Review and approve solution designs, migration plans, and deployment documentation. Manage and mentor delivery teams, actively resolving impediments and ensuring project quality. Cultivate strong relationships with client, security, Microsoft, and vendor stakeholders. Contribute to proposal development, client demonstrations, and executive presentations. Drive continuous improvement through automation and reusable methodologies. Ensure adherence to all security, quality, organizational, and commercial requirements.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 9-12 years of experience in technology consulting, specializing in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint migrations or modernizations. Possess in-depth, SME-level knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, SPFx, Microsoft Graph, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 architecture. Demonstrate a proven track record of planning and executing large-scale Microsoft 365 migration programs involving SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Familiarity with migration assessment, remediation, migration factory operations, wave planning, and cutover procedures is essential.

Hands-on experience or solution oversight with migration tools like ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, or SharePoint Migration Tool is required. Knowledge of Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Automation Cloud, including workflow and forms modernization, is crucial. Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and the ability to guide platform choices are necessary. Experience in developing migration and modernization accelerators is highly desirable.

To qualify, you must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field like Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within professional services or consulting, is expected. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint migration or modernization, coupled with proven team leadership and complex engagement delivery, is mandatory. Experience in developing estimates, delivery plans, governance, and stakeholder communications is also key.
