Develop comprehensive blueprints for deploying advanced Headless CMS solutions on platforms such as Contentful, Contentstack, and Strapi. Architect and implement robust headless CMS solutions with a strong emphasis on Next.js/React. Lead the development and solutioning of Drupal applications, managing core CMS functionalities and web content publishing for external-facing websites. Integrate frontend applications using an API-first approach, incorporating multiple third-party systems, including CRM and ERP solutions. Estimate effort for developing Sitefinity-based solutions. Ensure developed code adheres to WCAG 2.x standards for user accessibility. Utilize CI/CD pipelines through DevOps or similar tools for streamlined deployment.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in document/record management implementation and custom application development, with a focus on headless CMS solutions. Proficient in semantic HTML5, modern CSS3, and JavaScript (ES2015+). Extensive experience with JavaScript libraries like React, Next.js, Angular, and VueJS, along with TypeScript. Expertise in Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright. Familiarity with source control systems like Git. Understanding of mobile-first, modular, and component-based development principles. Experience with task runners and bundlers like Gulp, Grunt, and Webpack. Knowledge of key website design principles and SEO optimization. Proficiency in asynchronous code handling and WCAG 2.x compliant code development. Possess strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. Must demonstrate technical competency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions, with a solid understanding of software/platform engineering. Experience with Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns is essential. Ability to mentor and lead technical implementation teams. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. A passion for web development, open-source contributions, and creating meaningful digital experiences is highly valued. Consulting experience is strongly preferred, along with the ability to translate complex business processes into programming logic. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
