Drive the delivery of technology solutions by partnering with stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges. Facilitate workshops and refine requirements to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional needs. Translate these needs into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, managing the product backlog in close collaboration with product owners.

Analyze current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and evaluating solution options with technical teams. Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business outcomes. Support Agile ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Prepare essential project documentation and act as a liaison between business and technology teams.

We seek a professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, or Technology Consulting. Proven experience in managing multiple responsibilities across business and technology workstreams, coupled with strong stakeholder collaboration skills, is essential.

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of requirement elicitation, Agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle, along with proficiency in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical for success in this role. Experience with enterprise platforms or cloud technologies is advantageous. Certifications in Agile or Business Analysis are preferred.
