This position is for a Python AI Tech Lead, a full-time role focused on driving the innovation and delivery of advanced digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in Python, FastAPI, AWS, and PostgreSQL, complemented by excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities. You will lead a dedicated team of engineers, champion high standards in system architecture, and collaborate across departments to create secure, scalable solutions.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing robust, scalable applications, defining best practices for coding, architecture, and deployment.

Drive the hands-on design and development of Python-based AI services, agent workflows, APIs, and orchestration components, ensuring alignment with the target architecture and engineering standards.

Implement and manage multi-agent frameworks, including agent routing, tool integration, memory management, context handling, approval workflows, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.

Develop and integrate RAG pipelines, LLM applications, vector stores, prompt engineering frameworks, evaluation mechanisms, and responsible AI controls within the forecasting platform.

Build scalable integrations across Snowflake, AWS services, AI/ML platforms, and forecasting applications, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance data and workflow execution.

Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, CI/CD enablement, and mentoring developers to deliver production-grade AI solutions.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a dedicated technical leadership capacity.

Demonstrate proven experience in designing and deploying applications effectively on AWS.

Exhibit a strong understanding of database design principles and optimization techniques.

Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills are essential for this role.
