We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead Developer, a pivotal role in our engineering team, to guide development teams in creating robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This position oversees the complete software development lifecycle, from initial requirements to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, setting and enforcing best practices for software development. Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs. Manage and oversee multiple projects, including effort estimation, schedule planning, risk mitigation, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery. Implement comprehensive testing strategies, conduct code reviews, and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure high-quality software.

We seek candidates with strong proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies, including hands-on experience with Angular 14/16, NgRx Store, RxJs, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, RWD, LESS, and SCSS. A deep understanding of web development concepts, including JavaScript & TypeScript, and experience writing unit tests for Angular are essential. You must possess strong Java/Spring Boot backend expertise, particularly in designing and building high-performance, scalable REST-based APIs. Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is required, along with a solid grasp of software design patterns and principles. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a significant advantage.
