Lead technical development for Java-based projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Collaborate closely with clients to understand and translate business and technical requirements into robust solutions. Provide expert technical guidance, including technology stack evaluation and architectural design. Govern reusable components, apply design patterns, and ensure adherence to best practices. Mentor and manage development teams, overseeing task allocation and performance. Prepare technical documentation and artifacts for client presentations. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 10-12 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Spring Security, and build tools like Maven or Gradle is also necessary. Familiarity with containerization using Docker is expected.
