As a Senior Engineer, you will guide projects from a technical standpoint, offering expertise in Java/J2EE and emerging technologies. You'll mentor team members, lead client interactions, contribute to proposals, and collaborate with architects on critical technical decisions and solution architectures.

Lead development projects using Java technologies, ensuring technical excellence. Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their business, functional, and technical needs. Oversee project deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution. Evaluate technology stacks and assist architects with technology selections. Design and govern reusable components and apply established design patterns. Ensure timely project delivery by coordinating with relevant teams. Prepare comprehensive technical solution and architecture documentation. Foster a collaborative environment focused on high-quality outcomes. Mentor and guide development teams, overseeing task allocation and performance. Communicate effectively with clients, gather requirements, and track project progress. Participate in interviews and recruitment efforts to build strong teams. Create an efficient work environment that meets project objectives within deadlines. Possess strong expertise in Java 17/21+, J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, Spring Cloud, Microservices, and REST APIs. Demonstrate experience with Spring, Hibernate, SQL Server/Oracle, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB. Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka and MQ, along with event processing. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Proven experience designing and developing solutions within cloud environments, preferably Azure. Knowledge of web security protocols including OAuth, SSO/SAML, and LDAP. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines. Proficiency in Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and project management. Skilled in writing unit tests using Junit and understanding software development best practices. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, SVN, Clear Case, and PVCS. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6 to 9 years of relevant experience, including team leadership. Knowledge of process methodologies such as CMMI.
