Work closely with Project Leads, Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, and other development teams.

Successfully complete assigned tasks on schedule and provide regular status updates to your lead.

Essential skills include robust experience in Java 8 and above, J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, and Spring Cloud. Proficiency in Spring, Hibernate, and SQL Server/Oracle is required. Experience with messaging technologies like Kafka or MQ is also necessary.

Familiarity with Microservices architecture and REST APIs is crucial. Strong SQL skills or experience with other RDBMS or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB are expected. Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices and object-oriented programming principles is also a must.

Candidates must demonstrate experience with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies, writing unit test cases using JUnit, and proficiency with version control software like Git, SVN, ClearCase, or PVCS. Experience with application servers like Tomcat is required, alongside a strong understanding of software development best practices and clean coding standards. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work are paramount.

Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field is required. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience is expected, along with knowledge of process methodologies such as Agile or frameworks like CMMI. Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure, is considered advantageous.
