Serve as a technical lead, guiding development projects using advanced Java technologies. Collaborate closely with clients to understand and translate business, functional, and technical requirements into actionable plans. Oversee project deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality output from the team. Contribute to technology stack evaluations and assist architects with technology selection. Design and govern reusable components and apply design patterns for robust solutions.

Prepare comprehensive technical solution and architecture documents. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, mentoring junior developers. Work in tandem with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure seamless solution delivery. Allocate tasks, evaluate team member performance, and manage client communications to gather requirements and track progress. Contribute to the recruitment process through candidate interviews.

A solid foundation in Java 8+ or J2EE is essential, complemented by expertise in Spring Boot, JPA, Microservices, and REST APIs. Proficiency in Spring, SQL Server/Oracle, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB is required. Experience with messaging technologies (Kafka, MQ) and event processing is crucial. A strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and web security protocols like OAuth and SSO is expected.

Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and Agile (Scrum) methodologies is necessary. Candidates should be adept at writing unit tests using JUnit and possess experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. A commitment to software development best practices, clean coding, and meticulous attention to detail is paramount. Experience in leading teams and knowledge of process methodologies like Agile/CMMI are also key qualifications.
