Guide and mentor a development team, providing technical leadership in Angular, Java, and modern web technologies. Establish and enforce best practices for software development and coding standards.

Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Manage multiple projects, estimating effort, planning schedules, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and conduct code reviews to maintain high quality and maintainability.

Requires strong proficiency in Angular (versions 14/16), Java, Spring Boot, and related backend technologies. Must possess hands-on experience with web technologies like NgRx Store, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design (RWD), LESS, and SCSS.

A deep understanding of web development concepts, including JavaScript and TypeScript, is essential. Experience in writing unit test cases for Angular is required.

Possess strong Java/Spring Boot backend experience, with a primary focus on designing and building high-performance, scalable, and reliable REST-based APIs. Experience with both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is necessary.

Solid grasp of software design patterns and principles, coupled with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) is advantageous.
