This role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing enterprise data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric. Ideal candidates possess strong expertise in data engineering, data warehousing, and Power BI analytics, with a passion for creating exceptional experiences and a better working world.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions with Microsoft Fabric components like Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake, and Data Factory. You will develop and refine ETL/ELT pipelines and data models, construct scalable reporting and analytics solutions with Power BI, and implement robust data governance, security, and performance best practices. Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights is essential, alongside mentoring junior team members and providing technical leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 6-8 years of experience in Data & Analytics, with at least 2 years of direct experience with Microsoft Fabric. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud data platforms and reporting solutions is crucial. Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities are highly valued. Required technical skills encompass Microsoft Fabric suite, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, Python, PySpark, Azure Data Services (ADF, ADLS, Synapse), Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD.
