This Technical Lead position specifically targets expertise in AWS technologies. You'll be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Design and implement robust, scalable cloud-native applications leveraging AWS and Azure services. Develop and maintain comprehensive full-stack solutions, encompassing backend services, APIs, integration layers, and cloud infrastructure.

Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and related messaging technologies. Build and manage microservices effectively with Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Develop serverless applications utilizing AWS Lambda and Step Functions with Python or Node.js.

Operate and integrate AI models using AWS Bedrock. Enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability through meticulous optimization, monitoring, and tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into innovative technical solutions and proficiently resolve complex technical challenges.

A strong academic foundation, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, is essential.

Possess a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with a significant focus on cloud and platform expertise. This includes hands-on proficiency with AWS services like EKS, ECS, Lambda, and Step Functions, alongside a solid grasp of cloud-native architecture principles.

Demonstrate programming proficiency, particularly in Python, and ideally Node.js. Experience in building RESTful/event-driven APIs and backend services is crucial. A thorough understanding of asynchronous communication patterns in distributed systems and experience with Kafka or its alternatives is required.

Showcase practical experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS). Proven ability in developing end-to-end applications, including backend services, API design, and integration layers, is necessary.

Experience deploying, fine-tuning, and orchestrating foundation models and LLMs using Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock. Design agentic workflows and multi-step AI processes. Demonstrate proven experience in application performance tuning, load handling, scalability improvements, and identifying/resolving distributed system bottlenecks.

Valued additional experience includes microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, cloud security best practices, and familiarity with frontend frameworks like React JS.
