Develop high-performance backend and frontend components aligned with target architecture and specifications. Support modernization and optimization initiatives by leveraging cloud capabilities, automation, and performance engineering best practices. Manage technical tasks within project plans, coordinate with project managers, and ensure quality delivery. Participate in the entire delivery cycle, from sprint planning to release, delivering robust and scalable code.

Accountable for resource allocation, team supervision, and task assignment. Ensure teams have necessary tools and support. Evaluate team performance to meet organizational goals and optimize efficiency.

Requires 3-7 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise applications. Proficiency in .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, MVC, MS SQL/SQL Azure, and Entity Framework is essential. Experience with Azure stack (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Web Apps) and deployment is expected.

Solid understanding of Transact SQL/PL/SQL, RDBMS concepts, and relational database development (MS SQL Server/Oracle). Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping frameworks, particularly Entity Framework, is required. Experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, Moq, Jest) and distributed version control systems (Git/SVN) is necessary.

Familiarity with TFS/VSTS, software development best practices, and integration of JSON and Rest APIs is crucial. Excellent business communication skills are needed to collaborate effectively within Microsoft Technologies streams. Front-end framework experience (Angular/React), microservices architecture understanding, and Agile/Scrum exposure are considered beneficial.
