EY is seeking a dynamic GDS Digital Engineering Leader for the TMT sector to spearhead growth and innovation. This crucial role will drive EY GDS Consulting's expansion by addressing the rapid technological shifts and client investments in areas like platform engineering, cloud modernization, AI-driven SDLC, digital content, data platforms, 5G/6G, and cyber resilience.

The objective is to transition from fragmented delivery to a cohesive, solution-led engineering approach. This will enhance GDS integration, improve win rates, and ensure consistent delivery across TMT sub-sectors, offering a robust end-to-end Digital Engineering value proposition tailored to the industry's fast-paced evolution.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with TMT leaders and member firms to influence account plans and drive growth. You will establish a solution-based operating model for TMT Digital Engineering, encompassing product/platform engineering, cloud modernization, DevSecOps, and SRE.

This role involves ensuring GDS participation in major technology deals, supporting solution shaping and RFP responses. You'll lead client orals, showcase EY/GDS engineering capabilities, and host CXO-level client visits to demonstrate innovation and right-shoring models. Building scalable right-shoring delivery models, establishing delivery governance, and mentoring an engineering leadership bench are also critical functions.

A minimum of 22-25 years of professional experience in technology consulting and digital engineering is required, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles. Deep exposure to TMT clients and transformation programs is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in leading complex initiatives related to platform/product engineering, cloud-native modernization, AI/ML SDLC, OSS/BSS modernization, 5G/edge computing, digital content/data platforms, and cyber-resilient engineering within the TMT sector is expected. Experience in leading large-scale programs in DevSecOps, CI/CD, integration/API platforms, QA automation, and SRE is highly desirable.
