A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and delivery, with at least 4 years in a dedicated leadership capacity, is essential.

Demonstrate a proven history of successfully managing large teams and delivering intricate projects. A strong technical foundation in Python, AWS, and PostgreSQL is crucial.

Possess outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in advanced Python with frameworks like FastAPI or Django, along with expertise in AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) and PostgreSQL database design and optimization, is expected.

Familiarity with Generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI solution integration is key. Strong stakeholder management skills, including exceptional communication and relationship-building, are vital for this role. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile methodologies is advantageous.
