As a hands-on AWS Platform Architect and expert developer, you will define end-to-end reference architectures using a wide array of AWS services. Your responsibilities include engineering for high resiliency and availability, implementing robust security-by-design principles, and leading the build of Generative AI applications on AWS using LangGraph. This involves designing multi-step agent workflows, integrating with Amazon Bedrock and other AWS services, and building production-ready GenAI microservices.

You will also lead Infrastructure as Code initiatives, establish observability standards, and drive performance optimization, reliability, and cost management. Acting as a technical lead, you'll mentor engineers, collaborate with product and security teams, and communicate technical strategies and trade-offs to senior stakeholders. You will oversee comprehensive testing, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure compliance with IT and Information Security policies.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience in designing and building production systems on AWS, including a minimum of 3 years in an architect or tech-lead role with hands-on development. A proven track record of delivering highly available and resilient services at scale is essential.

Expert-level development skills in languages like TypeScript/Node.js, Python, or Java, coupled with experience in microservices, serverless, and container platforms (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, EKS) are required. A deep understanding of AWS networking, security, and data services is crucial. Significant hands-on experience in delivering Generative AI solutions on Amazon Bedrock and integrating them with enterprise data sources is a must, alongside strong command of IaC, CI/CD, testing automation, and observability tools.

Critical soft skills include executive-quality communication, technical leadership and mentoring, effective stakeholder management, and a product-driven mindset. While not strictly required, AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect – Professional are highly preferred, as is experience with SageMaker and familiarity with Zero-Trust security practices.
