We are seeking a skilled Python AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and AI frameworks, coupled with excellent stakeholder management abilities. You will guide a team of engineers, ensure high-quality system design, and collaborate across functions to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers in developing robust applications and defining coding best practices.

Architect and implement solutions using Python, AWS services, and PostgreSQL, ensuring alignment with business requirements and scalability needs.

Manage stakeholders effectively by gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions, communicating complex concepts clearly.

Drive end-to-end system design focusing on performance, security, and reliability, conducting design reviews.

Oversee quality assurance through code reviews, testing, and deployment, ensuring timely project delivery.

Develop and maintain pharma forecasts using analytical methods and cross-functional inputs, partnering with global and regional teams.

Perform business analysis, sensitivity modeling, and data management using tools like SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python for automation.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Possess at least 3 years of experience in Python application development.

Demonstrate proven experience in designing and deploying applications on AWS.

Familiarity with AI governance, guardrails development, and internal AI tools and platforms is essential.

Understanding of AI development lifecycle practices and tool design for AI agents is necessary.

Strong skills in database design and optimization are expected.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities are a must.
