As a Data Centre Operation Technician, you will play a crucial role in designing, installing, and maintaining our cutting-edge data centers in India. This is an exceptional chance to work with advanced technology and contribute to the evolution of cloud computing in the region.

Your responsibilities will encompass the hands-on maintenance and upkeep of data center infrastructure. This includes server rack installation, hardware break-fix on various components, and troubleshooting network issues.

You will act as a primary point of contact for both internal teams and external service partners, resolving technical issues and ensuring operational stability. This role involves working with assigned trouble tickets, performing first-line hardware troubleshooting, and participating in 24x7 shift rotations, including on-call duties.

Additional duties include contributing to documentation through root cause analysis, participating in process improvement initiatives, and potentially assisting in training less experienced team members. This position requires physical capability for lifting equipment up to 18kg and may involve working in confined or elevated spaces while strictly adhering to safety guidelines.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair is required, alongside at least 1 year of computer networking experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is also necessary.
