We are seeking skilled Data Centre Operation Technicians passionate about technology to help us scale our operations and support the ever-growing demand for cloud services.

As a Data Centre Operation Technician, you will be integral to the Operations team, focusing on the maintenance and upkeep of critical data center infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include server rack installation, hardware repair for various components, and network troubleshooting. You will also respond to emergent situations to maintain operational stability.

You will act as a primary contact for internal teams and external service partners, addressing hardware and technical issues. This role involves managing trouble tickets, meeting SLAs, and performing on-call duties, including scheduled maintenance and change management. You will also contribute to documentation, participate in team meetings for metric analysis, and assist in training new team members.

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair, and over 1 year of experience in computer networking. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Additionally, candidates should possess the ability to work effectively under pressure and have experience dealing with customers during problem resolution. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting and racking equipment up to 18kg, and may require working in confined or elevated spaces while adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines. This position operates on a 24x7 shift rotation.
