As a Data Centre Operation Technician, you will be instrumental in the maintenance and upkeep of our critical data center infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass server rack installation, hardware break-fix across various components, and diligent troubleshooting of network issues. You will also be crucial in responding to emergent situations that impact operational stability.

Serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external service partners, ensuring efficient resolution of technical challenges. You will manage assigned trouble tickets to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and act as the primary contact for hardware troubleshooting. Additionally, you'll participate in on-call duties, scheduled maintenance, and change management activities, contributing to the overall health of the data center environment.

We are seeking individuals with a strong foundation in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair, backed by at least two years of experience. A solid understanding of computer networking, with a minimum of one year of experience, is also essential.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. This role involves physical demands, including lifting and racking equipment up to 18kg, and may require working in confined or elevated spaces while strictly adhering to health and safety guidelines. Participation in a 24x7 shift rotation is a mandatory aspect of this position.
