More experienced technicians may also mentor junior team members. The role involves physical tasks, including lifting equipment up to 18kg, working in confined spaces, and adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines, as well as participating in 24x7 shift rotations.
The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair, complemented by a minimum of one year in computer networking. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
We are looking for individuals with a passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While not strictly mandatory, experience in effectively managing customer interactions during problem resolution and maintaining efficient operations under pressure would be highly beneficial.
