Manage and maintain SQL Server databases throughout their lifecycle, from development to production. Configure and oversee database servers and processes, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. Automate routine tasks, track issues, and document changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Provide continuous 24x7 support for critical production systems. Share expertise, mentor peers, and conduct cross-training to build team capabilities.

Proven experience in DB2 and MS SQL Server database administration. Strong understanding of RDBMS systems and their performance optimization. Ability to manage complex database environments and ensure high availability. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this hands-on role. Experience with monitoring system health and performance is required.
