Administer and manage the Datadog platform, including agent deployment, integrations, configurations, and governance. Implement and optimize Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions using both Datadog APM and Broadcom DX APM. Configure application tracing, service maps, synthetic monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), dashboards, alerts, and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

Integrate multiple monitoring tools to achieve unified observability by correlating metrics, logs, and traces. Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot performance issues effectively using observability data. Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure, and platform teams to meet onboarding and monitoring requirements.

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Datadog Platform Administration is required. Demonstrable expertise in Datadog APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Management, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, and Observability is essential. Familiarity with Broadcom DX APM is beneficial.

Solid understanding of distributed tracing and microservices monitoring is needed, along with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities are crucial for success in this role. Experience in dashboard creation, alert tuning, and monitoring governance is also expected.
