Design and implement Agentic AI solutions for data governance, including automation of data quality, metadata management, lineage analysis, and policy enforcement. Develop scalable AI agents using LLMs and RAG, integrated with enterprise governance tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Collaborate with stakeholders to define governance use cases, agent capabilities, and align solutions with enterprise data strategy. Create autonomous and human-in-the-loop agents for data cataloging, business glossary management, and workflow orchestration. Integrate AI agents with platforms like Collibra, Databricks Unity Catalog, and various data management technologies. Develop proof-of-value demonstrations and pilot implementations. Continuously refine governance backlogs and prioritize agent development. Implement monitoring and governance controls for AI solutions to ensure security and responsible AI practices. Support proposal development, solution architecture, and client presentations. Contribute to reusable frameworks and best practices for enterprise-scale Agentic AI implementations.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Governance, or related fields. At least 5+ years in designing and implementing enterprise data governance, MDM, metadata management, or data quality solutions. 3+ years of experience developing AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and modern AI development frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen. 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. 2+ years of experience integrating governance platforms like Collibra or Databricks Unity Catalog. 2+ years of experience in designing APIs, workflow orchestration, or enterprise system integrations. Demonstrated experience defining governance policies, lineage workflows, and compliance monitoring. Proficiency in Agile delivery environments and strong client-facing communication skills.
