This role offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to automate critical data management processes. You will collaborate with diverse teams to drive the future of data governance and compliance.

Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions for data governance automation, including quality, metadata, lineage, and policy enforcement. Build scalable AI agents utilizing LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks to support data management and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify governance use cases, define agent capabilities, and align solutions with enterprise data strategy. Develop autonomous and human-in-the-loop agents for data cataloging, business glossary management, compliance validation, and issue remediation. Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms such as data catalogs, MDM, cloud platforms, and governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Databricks Unity Catalog, Purview). Create proof-of-value demonstrations and pilot implementations to showcase governance automation opportunities. Continuously refine governance backlogs and incrementally onboard governance controls. Implement monitoring, observability, and guardrails for Agentic AI solutions to ensure security and responsible AI practices. Support proposal development, solution architecture, and client presentations for data and AI governance modernization.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Metadata Management, or Enterprise Data Architecture is required. Possess at least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise data governance, MDM, metadata management, data quality, or regulatory compliance solutions. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience developing AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks. Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and modern AI development frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI). Requires 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. At least 2 years of experience integrating governance platforms such as Collibra or Databricks Unity Catalog is necessary. Experience designing APIs, workflow orchestration, and enterprise system integrations is required. Proven experience defining governance policies, lineage workflows, data quality controls, and stewardship processes. Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and backlog-driven development is essential. Strong client-facing communication skills are crucial for leading workshops and executive demonstrations.
