Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions for data governance, quality, metadata, lineage, and policy enforcement. Build scalable AI agents using LLMs and RAG for data management and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify governance use cases and align solutions with enterprise data strategy. Create autonomous and human-in-the-loop agents for cataloging, glossary management, and issue remediation.

Integrate AI agents with various enterprise platforms including data catalogs, MDM, and cloud platforms. Develop proof-of-value demonstrations and pilot implementations. Refine governance backlogs and prioritize agent development. Implement monitoring and guardrails for Agentic AI solutions, ensuring responsible AI practices.

Requires a minimum of 8+ years in Data Management, Data Engineering, or Data Governance. At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise data governance, MDM, or metadata management solutions. A minimum of 3 years of experience developing AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions with LLMs and orchestration frameworks.

Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and modern AI development frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and integrating governance platforms such as Collibra or Databricks Unity Catalog is essential. Proficiency in designing APIs, workflow orchestration, and enterprise system integrations is also required.
