This role focuses on supporting Membership Administration by transforming prioritized business demands into deployable analytics solutions. A key requirement is strong hands-on SQL development capability and Alteryx workflow development. The position also demands significant experience in data transformation and validation, aiming to deliver high-quality analytics solutions with minimal errors and zero outages.

Key responsibilities include delivering applications, dashboards, scorecards, extracts, and curated data views for various areas like Eligibility & Enrollment, Billing & Delinquency, Customer & Contracts, and Customer Service.

You will build efficient workflows to empower analysts, develop data visualizations, and implement data movement and transformation processes, balancing performance and cost. Executing critical business reports and ensuring timely submission to downstream consumers is also part of the role.

Troubleshooting production errors, resolving issues, and applying fixes with a development-first approach are essential. You will perform hands-on SQL development, including query optimization and validation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

Essential skills include strong hands-on SQL development and troubleshooting experience, along with Alteryx workflow development, enhancement, and production troubleshooting.

Proficiency in data transformation, validation, and analytics delivery is required. Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools is necessary, as is experience with Databricks. The ability to independently troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes efficiently is crucial.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must. Python knowledge for analytics or automation use cases is also required. A minimum of 2 years of experience is mandatory, and the role requires 15 years of full-time education.
