Key responsibilities include: - Supporting ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI within production environments. - Operating effectively within a 24x7 support model, including rotating shifts. - Continuously monitoring production data pipelines. - Performing initial incident triage and severity classification to ensure prompt resolution. - Executing documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures to maintain system stability. - Managing incident communications, ticket updates, and providing accurate status reporting. - Escalating unresolved incidents to Level 2 support with comprehensive diagnostic context.

Essential qualifications: - Proven experience supporting ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI. - Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 support model with rotating shifts. - Strong skills in incident management, including triage, classification, and escalation. - Familiarity with executing runbooks and standard recovery procedures. - Excellent communication and reporting skills for incident updates and status. - The ability to work in a hybrid model, with potential for in-office attendance as business needs dictate.
