Join our Data Risk team as an experienced Consultant, driving advancements in enterprise data governance, data protection, and regulatory compliance. We are seeking professionals with a robust understanding of data classification, risk management, governance frameworks, and technology risk controls to help organizations effectively identify, assess, and mitigate data-related risks.

Lead and execute comprehensive data risk assessments across various business applications, databases, and critical information assets. Develop and implement robust data classification frameworks to safeguard sensitive, confidential, and regulated data. Collaborate closely with data owners, stewards, and business stakeholders to enhance data governance practices and establish clear accountability.

Assess and document data lineage, data flows, and handling processes to pinpoint potential risk exposures. Recommend and deploy effective data protection controls, including encryption, access management, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions. Ensure adherence to organizational data security policies, standards, and regulatory mandates.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in Data Risk, Information Risk Management, Technology Risk, or IT Audit is essential. A strong grasp of Data Governance frameworks, encompassing Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage, is required. Proven experience in implementing and managing Data Classification programs for sensitive and regulated information is crucial.

Familiarity with Data Protection technologies such as Encryption, Access Management, Privileged Access Controls, and DLP solutions is necessary. Hands-on expertise with GRC platforms like ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, or OpenPages is highly valued. Working knowledge of key regulatory requirements including GDPR, GLBA, SEC, FINRA, and CCPA is expected.
