This Senior Analyst role focuses on Data Protection and Information Security Compliance. You will conduct crucial security assessments for applications acquired through Ventures & Acquisitions. This involves identifying necessary security controls and ensuring their implementation through collaboration with technical teams and global stakeholders. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growing field of cybersecurity and help clients build resilient businesses.

Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and assessing security controls for web, mobile, and API applications. You will evaluate application security compliance against company policies and industry standards like OWASP, NIST, and ISO 27001. Identifying and documenting security gaps and risks, then recommending and tracking mitigation actions is essential. You'll collaborate with acquisition stakeholders and internal security teams to facilitate secure integration of acquired applications. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing security assessment processes and effectively communicate technical findings to diverse audiences.

A strong understanding of information security risk management is essential, alongside experience in application security risk assessments and security control evaluations. Proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. You should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong stakeholder management capabilities are also key. Familiarity with security frameworks such as OWASP Top 10, GDPR, ISO 27001, and SANS Top 25 is expected. Basic knowledge of common security attacks, threat vectors, web applications, and audit procedures is necessary.
