Manage Master Data Management activities, establishing data standards and ownership models.

Supervise ETL processes and reconciliation efforts with technical teams.

Monitor data quality and implement remediation plans throughout migration cycles.

Proactively manage data-related risks and issues, escalating critical blockers.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.

Possess 6-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to data migration, MDM, or data governance in ERP environments.

Familiarity with ERP data structures (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and migration tools is essential.

Demonstrate an understanding of data governance frameworks and master data domains.

Strong analytical capabilities and experience coordinating technical and functional teams are necessary.
